Update and COVID-19 Policy
just wanted to inform you all of how things will work once I am up and running again (I really hope it will be soon).
Some of you might have been to the Business Centre before and know how it works and where to find my studio, but some newbies won't know.
Here's some information on my safety procedures and the appointment process moving forward:
Appointment Process
When you arrive for your appointment, please if you could just hold on in your car in the car park (if you walked or came on public transport you can wait in reception area). Feel free to send me a text and let me know you have arrived (it’s likely I will already be with a client so try not to call, unless you are lost in which case of course I will return your call as soon as I can).
It is very important that I only have 1 person at a time in my studio, so please do not bring friends or family along to your appointments.
Safety Procedures
After each client I will be fully disinfecting all services preparing for your appointment (as a requirement when offering this kind of service we have to have fully disinfect surfaces, flooring, treatment couch, chairs etc. anyway). I do this usually but I will be allowing some extra time for this and to keep everyone safe I'll be wiping down door handles etc.
As most of you will be aware, all tools I use are disposable and go straight into a sharps bin. Any swabs used are thrown straight into contaminated waste, so here there will be no issues.
I always were a mask and gloves during treatments and I will provide masks for everyone if you decide not to bring your own.
Your Safety
I just wanted to assure you all that I am taking everyone’s safety very seriously and will be doing my utmost on top of everything I usually do in terms of keeping the environment clean and sterile.
Please just let me know if you are feeling generally unwell, or showing any symptoms, or if you have been in contact with anyone and you feel attending your appointment might be a risk.
If you have a booking with me over the next couple of weeks I will be in touch shortly to reschedule. I am currently still unsure when we will be given more guidance as to when we should be able to open safely so please bare with me.
